  • Admin defines an escalation ladder that determines the order in which notifications are sent.
  • For example, the first alert can be sent to the on-duty security guard, the second to the hostel warden, and the third to senior management if no action is taken within a set timeframe.
  • Escalation can be time-bound — if the alert is not acknowledged within a defined period, it automatically moves to the next tier.

  • Admin can select preferred delivery modes for each escalation level, including SMS, email, phone call, or audible alarm within the hostel premises.
